Prototype minus 1

Based on a FEV7 board with 4 spiroc2a set in skiroc mode. No measurements are possible but slowcontrol and read-our mechanisms can be tested together with the software.

Based on a FEV7 board with 1 spiroc2b only set in spiroc mode (specific cabling operations have been required).
