ls
cd installer<version>
get installer<version>
gunzip archive
tar xvf archive
chown -R root:validmgr *
chmod -R 755 *
export PATH=/xtools/synopsys/installer:$PATH

and download the tools

ftp ...
cd rev (or rev_o)
get <software archives>

create directories belonging to root:validmgr rwxrwxr–
and install the software

installer -gui

then follow instructions (site 25832 – IPHC)
